  • Stephen Mee: Pastor


    Stephen grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee and attended college in Wisconsin at Northland International University. He went on to finish an M.Div. at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been on staff at Trinity since 2011, and has grown in his love for the church and the community of Franklin. Stephen, his wife, Stephanie, and their three daughters enjoy the outdoors, University of Tennessee sports, and local events around the Nashville area.


    Bob & Lana have been married for fifteen years. They have four children and eleven grandchildren. They make their home in Whites Creek, TN. After spending ten years in the United States Marine Corp, Bob left the military to study for the pastorate and graduated from Blue Mountain College in Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science degree. Then he pursued a Master of Divinity degree graduating from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Cordova, Tennessee. Bob has been in the ministry for thirty-three years. Upon retiring, they joined Trinity. Bob became an elder in November 2018.

  • Av Pinzur: Pastor


    Av grew up outside Chicago, Illinois, but has called Middle Tennessee home since 1998. Converted by God's grace through faith in Christ as a young child, he is a grateful lifelong beneficiary of faithful discipleship both at home and in the church. Married in 2006, Av and his wife Apryl reside in Franklin with their three lively children. He has worked in software engineering and leadership for over 20 years.

  • Andrew Mee: Pastoral Assistant

    Andrew and his wife Tessa have been married for three and a half years. They recently moved to Franklin, TN from Louisville, KY where Andrew finished his M.Div. at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He began the year long pastoral residency at Trinity in July of 2020. Andrew and Tessa have grown to love the local church, because in it they have experienced the transforming power of the gospel, the clear teaching of the word of God, and the loving community of God’s people. They have an 18 month son named William, and they are expecting their second son in December. Their family also loves music, board games, and taking Will to the park. 

  • David Ward: Worship Director

    David has been writing and leading music for Christian congregational singing for over 25 years and enjoys leading singing and liturgy whether around a campfire or in a cathedral.  Studying music at Rutgers University (jazz studies, saxophone) and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, (church music, piano) he loves to compose and perform a wide variety of music in addition to hymns. An ordained Baptist pastor, David has served in ministry and leadership roles in a variety of churches.  He has eight children (some of which are grown) and is bi-vocational, spending a portion of his time as a software engineer.
